1. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). The price shown at checkout is the final price you pay.

2. Payment

We accept credit cards and PayPal. Payment is processed at the time of ordering.

3. Shipping

Shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Once your order ships we send tracking by email. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier delivers the parcel.

4. Returns and refunds

You may return an item within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. EU/UK customers also have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the item. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Items that have been used are not eligible for return, except where required by law.

We make every effort to ensure product information is accurate but cannot guarantee descriptions or images are error-free. Our products are decorative ornaments and are not medical devices; they are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZenPyra is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of any product.
