Shipping

We dispatch orders with tracking. Shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and depend on your delivery address. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events outside our reasonable control.

Returns

You may return an item within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. EU/UK customers also have the statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving any reason.

To start a return, email zs138138@gmail.com with your order number and reason — we reply within 24 hours with instructions. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, we will cover return shipping or send a replacement.
